How to Apply the Single Product Template?

A single product template created with TheGem’s templates builder can be enabled for all or for separate:

  • products
  • products of the selected product taxonomy term

Activating for all products

To activate a single product template for the entire shop globally (this will be applied on all products) proceed as follows:

1

Go to Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Product

2

Select “Templates Builder” in Layout Source

3

In Single Product Template select a template you wish to apply

NOTE: in case your changes are not being applied to some products please ensure that in these products there are no activated custom settings for product layout in Page Options -> Product Layout (“Product Layout Settings” should be set to “Default Settings”).

To activate a single product template for separate products proceed as follows:

1

Go to Page Options while editing the product

In Product Layout go to “Product Layout Settings” and select “Custom Settings”

3

4

In Single Product Builder Template select a template you wish to apply

Activating for products of the selected product taxonomy term

To activate a single product content template for all products of the selected product taxonomy term (for example: only products of the product category "My products category" should get single product template "Product Page 02") proceed as follows:

Go to Page Options of the selected taxonomy term (in our case: "My products category") while editing this taxonomy term
