How to Use Prebuilt Portfolio Page Template?

TheGem includes an extended library of pre-built portfolio page templates to accelerate your work. It is a good starting point and a good inspiration source for your creative process. To insert a pre-built portfolio page template, just click on “Insert pre-built template” in the templates builder popup.

Many of the pre-built portfolio page templates use project details. Project details is a special kind of TheGem custom fields used for personalizing portfolio items/projects by adding additional data / information about your project. Using project details it is possible to add different type of additional content fields per project basis and personalize these fields with project individual values.

You can check some examples of using project details for personalizing portfolio pages in this examples:

When inserting the pre-built portfolio page template the message appears asking if you wish to include the demo project details used in this template.You can skip this by deactivating the checkbox.

Otherwise the demo project details will be imported and saved in Theme Options -> Single Pages -> Portfolio Page -> Project Details.

Also, all this pre-built portfolio page templates are included in TheGem Blocks, so you can always insert any pre-built template while editing the single post template in the page builder.
