TheGem Elements Plugin

First Steps

TheGem Elements Plugin is a required plugin, bundled with TheGem theme (Elementor version), which includes 30+ flexible customizable content elements & extensions used across all pre-built TheGem demos. TheGem elements plugin enriches basic free version of Elementor with many useful features, widgets & designs. As you may still want to use Elementor Pro, please note: with TheGem Elements plugin it is absolutely not required – all you need is only a basic free version of Elementor.

Installation

During the installation of TheGem theme (Elementor version) TheGem Elements plugin will be automatically proposed as required plugin. Select this plugin from the “Plugins” list and proceed with installation

Access to Elements / Adding & Editing

Note: you need Elementor plugin installed to get an access to TheGem Elements.

To access TheGem elements:

1. Create or edit any page, post, portfolio page or product and click on “Edit with Elementor

Elementor will start loading. Once finished, on the left of your page you will see Elementor editing panel with all available widgets

2. On the top you will see “Basic” and “General” widgets of Elementor basic free version. Scroll down and you will see four main groups of TheGem Elements:

  • TheGem Elements
  • TheGem Portfolios
  • TheGem Blog
  • TheGem WooCommerce (visible only in case of installed WooCommerce plugin)

3.Open any of this groups to get a list of available elements. Drag any of this elements to the section / column area of the page and drop it there

4.The editing options of this selected elements will open in Elementor editing panel on the left. Now you can start editing this element
