Translating Content From the Privacy & GDPR Module
You can also use String Translation to translate content coming from the Privacy & GDPR module. An example of this is the text you see when you activate the Cookies Consent Bar in TheGem → Privacy & GDPR.
After you scan TheGem theme for translatable strings, you can translate these texts by going to WPML → String Translation:
1. Use the In domain dropdown menu to select admin_texts_thegem_gdpr_consent_bar.
2. Click the plus icon next to the text you want to translate and then hit enter to save your translation.
Translating GDPR Checkboxes for Forms
In TheGem → Privacy & GDPR, you can go to the Forms tab to enable GDPR checkboxes for Contact Form 7 and WordPress Comments forms.
To translate the texts from these GDPR checkboxes:
1. Go to WPML → String Translation and click the Translate texts in admin screens link at the bottom of the page.
2. Search for texts in the [thegem_gdpr_integrations]
3. Select the texts you want to translate and click on the Add to String Translation
