How to Preview the Template on Specific Portfolio Page?

By default, in editor, the portfolio page template will display the content of the last added portfolio item. This portfolio item serves as a reference and demo for showing you how your template will look like. You can change this reference portfolio item to any other portfolio item by following this steps:

Elementor

• Go to Settings and open Preview Settings

• In "Select Portfolio" search and select your desired portfolio item for preview

• Click on "Apply & Preview" button to apply the preview settings to your portfolio page template

In this way you can create custom templates for portfolio pages in an easy and visual way by previewing the end result directly in the editor.

WPBakery

For TheGem WPBakery theme version, you can select the preview post directly in WPBakery using the options provided in the top bar:

• In "Portfolio" you can select your desired portfolio page for portfolio template preview
• Click on "Apply" button to apply the preview settings to your portfolio template
