it may be related to the restricted resources of your hosting plan regarding the thumbnail generation process. If you encounter loading performance issues with your grids, carousels, or filters during the initial page loading session on such a hosting plan, we recommend changing the image size for grid thumbnails from "As in Grid Layout (TheGem Thumbnails)" to any of the "standard" WooCommerce or WordPress thumbnail sizes in the "Image Size" field:
